Every custom display goes through our Guangming optical lab before shipment. We measure, document, and certify against your spec.
CIE 1931 chromaticity coordinates (x,y), CCT, spectral power distribution. Color gamut coverage (sRGB, DCI-P3, NTSC) measured per display unit.
Spot luminance measurement. Center and 9-point uniformity testing. Contrast ratio calculation (full-white / full-black).
Temperature cycling and high-temp operational testing. Validates wide-temperature display performance for automotive and outdoor applications.
Bonding quality inspection: COG/COF interconnect, FPC solder joints, polarizer lamination, cover glass optical bonding bubble detection.
Tr (rise) + Tf (fall) response time measurement. Gray-to-gray (GTG) testing for TFT panels. Critical for video and animation applications.
Precision current measurement for low-power displays (E-Paper, memory LCD, PMOLED). Standby and active current profiling.
