A proven 4-phase process refined over 15+ years of custom LCD projects. Typical total timeline: 8–12 weeks from design freeze to production shipment.
You send us your requirements — dimensions, segment layout, pinout, optical specs. Our engineers review for DFM (Design for Manufacturing). We return a engineering drawing and BOM for your approval within 3–5 business days.
Upon drawing approval, tooling begins: photomasks for segment LCDs, FPC design and fabrication for TFT modules, injection molds for backlight frames and bezels. We provide weekly tooling progress photos.
First articles off the production line. 20–50 engineering samples shipped to you for electrical and optical validation. We run in-house tests in parallel: luminance, uniformity, color gamut, viewing angle, response time.
After ES approval, production ramp-up. Standard QC: AQL 0.65 Level II, 100% visual inspection, sampling optical test. Packaging: anti-static vacuum-sealed trays, export-grade cartons. FOB Shenzhen / CIF your port.
